DEALERS: We sell only to motorcycle businesses (licensed, established, commercial places of business serving the general public in the areas of motorcycle sales, service and/or parts and accessories). We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any account not meeting our requirements.
DEALER ADVERTISING AGREEMENT: Any dealer, distributor or retailer of any Arlen Ness product (s) agrees that in no instance may the Arlen Ness logo, name, similar mark or any material subject to copyright protection, be used in or be associated with any advertisement that mentions, suggests or in some form is linked to a price below the suggested retail price published by Arlen Ness Enterprises, Inc. Failure to comply with this policy will result in Arlen Ness Enterprises, Inc. terminating the agreement between Arlen Ness and the party involved.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders will be directed to our Network of Distributors located around the globe. Our Distributor will then recommend an agent in your area.
BACKORDERS: Every effort is made to keep all items in stock at all times. But occasionally certain products may be back ordered. Arlen Ness Enterprises will call when the item becomes in stock to confi rm it is still required before shipping
PRICES: We reserve the right to change: prices, policies or terms at any time without notice.
TERMS: Retail order will only be taken if paid for by credit card. Dealers will pay for orders by their agreed terms on dealer application.
FREIGHT: All retail shipments will be sent out by the most economical method, faster methods available upon request.
RETURNED CHECKS AND REFUSED SHIPMENTS: All returned checks and refused shipments will result in a $25.00 processing charge.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS: A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required for all items. Call to request an RMA number. No freight or restocking fee will be charged on returned goods found to be defective or not as ordered. Returns for any other reason will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All sales are fi nal on discontinued and closeout items. All returns are subject to inspection for determination of credit. Mark RGA the number prominently on the outside of package and send freight prepaid to:

Any returns received without the correct RMA will be returned to the customer at their expense. All retail returns will either receive a replacement item or a company credit.
CATALOG REQUESTS: We believe the contents and specifications of this catalog are correct. We assume no liability for any errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices or model applications. We reserve the right to change specifications, product descriptions, product quality, pricing and application at any time without further notice and without further obligation. The reproduction of any material from this catalog is forbidden without our written approval.
IMPORTANT: Arlen Ness Enterprises, Inc. is in no way, shape or form connected with Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Any products with a trademark, name, word, O.E.M. number used in the catalog by Arlen Ness Enterprises is strictly intended to be used solely as a reference only to usage to that particular part. None of the parts and accessories are D.O.T. approved. All of our parts are for custom applications. While we have total confi dence in our product, we strongly suggest test fitting all parts prior to any modifications or painting. Arlen Ness Enterprises will not be held responsible for any paint or labor cost under any circumstances and will not accept for return any part that has been modifi ed or damaged due to improper installation.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
Improper Care or Misuse: Arlen Ness Enterprises shall have no warranty obligation in the event the goods have been modified by any other person or organization, or where the goods become defective in whole or in part as a result of improper installation, improper maintenance, improper use, abnormal operation or any other misuse or mistreatment of the goods.
Proof of Purchase: Arlen Ness Enterprises shall have no warranty obligation in the event the customer is unable to present a receipt evidencing the date on which the customer purchased the goods.
Exhausts: Exhaust systems are warranted for manufacturing defects only. However, there is no warranty on exhaust pipes and muffl ers with regard to any discoloration. Discoloration (blueing) is caused by tuning characteristics, exhaust timing, carburetor jetting, overheating, etc. and is not caused by defective manufacturing.
Chrome Plating: If, after initial inspection a fl aw is discovered in the chrome, do not install. Please call Arlen Ness Enterprises for an RMA. We will replace these items at no charge. If chrome fails after installation during our 1-year warranty period, items will be re-chromed at our expense and then returned. Please use caution when installing chrome plated items, as the fi nish is fragile. Always use anti-seize when using chrome hardware on chrome plated products. Arlen Ness recommends using a quality wax or polish on chrome pieces to protect their finish.
Engine Warranty: All engines purchased from Arlen Ness Enterprises, Inc. will be warranted per the manufacturer warranty. If in the event that an engine has been assembled by Arlen Ness, they will have a warranty period of six months. Chrome parts will still carry our 1-year limited warranty.
Consequential Damages: Arlen Ness Enterprises shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the breach of any warranties, the failure to deliver, delay in delivery, delivery in non-conforming condition, or for any other breach of contract or duty between Arlen Ness Enterprises and the customer.
